BROKEN ARROW, OK– Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. (Elliot), a full-service electrical contractor is pleased to share that employee-owner Amy Russell has achieved Certified Safety Professional (CSP) status.

“We are proud of our company’s commitment to safety, and Amy’s hard work and dedication to become a Certified Safety Professional is a reflection of this commitment,” stated Senior Vice President Brian Briley. “We are excited for Amy’s continued development and look forward to seeing her continue to impact our organization.”

According to the Board of Certified Safety Professional’s website, The Certified Safety Professional is “a certification that demonstrates you have met the requirements for the gold standard of safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) credentials and have achieved the industry’s most-recognized SH&E certification.”

Russell joined Elliot in July of 2018 and currently serves as a Field Safety Director out of Elliot’s Broken Arrow, OK office. Regarding her achievement, Russell said, “Obtaining my CSP has been my goal since making the decision to return to school for my safety degree. My goal at Elliot is to help our employees engage in safety and see safety as a benefit. I am in this field to protect people, the environment, and the business.”

Russell lives in Haskell, OK with her husband and an abundance of animals. She is excited to continue growing and learning as she works to make a lasting impact on the Davis H. Elliot Company.
