Elliot is a member of the OSHA Electrical Transmission & Distribution Partnership. The partnership is a collaboration between OSHA and leading companies in the electrical transmission and distribution industry with a goal to create industry best practices.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Elliot’s training on-and-off the job represents best in class learning and development. DOL accredited apprenticeship programs and technical, driving and personnel development training are core focal areas.
The ELL10T is a systematic approach to achieve Target Zero. After evaluating the causes of potential events, we identified 10 safety standards every employee-owner must follow to protect themselves and their fellow employee-owners.

SIF PREVENTION
Elliot’s SIF(Significant Injury & Fatality) Prevention program focuses on the prevention of life changing, life altering or life ending events. We focus on assessing risk, identifying what amplifies risk and selecting the proper controls to mitigate risk. These concepts are engrained in our administrative and field tools and technology and reinforced with company-wide and local business unit SIF Prevention teams.
