Elliot provides the Employees’ Thrift Plan of Davis H. Elliot Incorporated to help you secure your financial future and makes it convenient to save through payroll deductions. Your contributions are made on a before-tax basis, so you get an immediate tax break on what you save.
Also, you don’t pay taxes on your savings or the earnings until funds in your account are paid to you. Additionally, Elliot will match a percentage of what you save to help boost your account throughout your career.

Through the hard work of our employees and support of our customers, Elliot has made annual contributions to the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) on behalf of eligible employees since 2000. Employee accounts are comprised of Company stock and cash. This retirement plan is 100% funded by Elliot.

We believe everyone plays a role in leadership. To ensure continuous improvement and development of our people as leaders, Elliot has a robust Leadership Development program.
Director of Learning & Development, Todd Layne, works throughout our organization to provide the resources necessary. For example, Leadership Moments, podcasts, Care Works, Leadership Skills Inventory Training, Consultation and Development Plans are frequently employed.
