YOUR RESPONSE MATTERS TO US
The Davis H. Elliot Company is committed to creating a workplace culture that supports and engages our employee-owners. We understand engaged employees work safely, remain committed, and are more likely to call Elliot home in the long term. This is why we have made the decision to implement the Gallup Q12, a comprehensive survey that measures employee engagement across 12 key areas.
By using this tool, we can identify areas where we excel, as well as areas where we can improve, to increase employee-owner satisfaction. The insights we gain from the Gallup Q12 will help us make key decisions about how we can better support our fellow employee-owners and create a workplace where they feel valued and engaged. We believe investing in our employees’ engagement is not only the right thing to do, but is also a key driver of both business and safety success.
In order to gather the most comprehensive information possible, every employee-owner is asked to complete the Gallup Q12 survey prior to September 30, 2024. Please review the information below to learn more about what to expect and how to participate. We appreciate your commitment to making Elliot a great place for every employee-owner!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Employee-Owners with Company Email Addresses
Elliot employee-owners with a company email address (@dhec.com) can complete the survey through the email they received directly from Gallup or through the link at the top of this page. If you access the survey through the link at the top of this page, you must utilize your Employee ID Number as the survey code. The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, and all employees will be provided with time to complete the survey during the workday.
Following the completion of the survey on September 30th, 2024, data will be compiled and provided to leaders within the company. Please know this data will remain anonymous.
Employee-Owners Without Company Email Addresses
Elliot employee-owners without a company email address (@dhec.com) will utilize their Employee ID Number as their survey code to access the questions via the link provided on this page, or while on the job site using their supervisor’s iPad. If you do not know your Employee ID Number, your direct supervisor has access to this information and will provide it to you. The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, and all employees will be provided with time to complete the survey during the workday.
Following the completion of the survey on September 30th, 2024, data will be compiled and provided to leaders within the company. Please know this data will remain anonymous.
