ESOP Explained

In addition to Elliot’s 401k offering, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan is a retirement benefit available to employee-owners at Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. Participation in this plan is automatic and allows employees to transition into employee-owners of the company through the investment of their time and effort rather than their bank account – making it possible for everyone who calls Elliot home to become an owner of their company.


All Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. employees become eligible participants on either the first day of January or July after completing 12 consecutive months of employment and working at least 1,000 hours. Vesting increases to 100% over the subsequent three year period.
