About Thursday’s Child
In 1980, LEX-18 spotlighted the first children awaiting adoption through Kentucky’s Special Needs Adoption Program (SNAP), now named Kentucky Adoption Profile Exchange (KAPE). All board members are volunteers and all funds received are directed to support the waiting children in the KAPE program.
