LEXINGTON, KY – Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. (Elliot), a full-service electrical contractor headquartered in Lexington, KY, has promoted Kenny Keener to Vice President, Operations Administration. In this role, Keener will be focused on the management of Elliot’s billing and equipment departments, as well as aiding with the administrative needs of each of the operational divisions of the company. He will work alongside Elliot’s Vice President, Operations, Steve Steltenkamp, to provide further support for these vital departments. Additionally, he will be serving as the financial representative for Studio46 Media and 46Solutions to help both teams continue to maximize their potential.

Kenny has proven to be a key member of our team, and I know he and Steve Steltenkamp will work hard every day for each member of our Elliot family,” said David Haskins, President & CEO.
Keener graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in May of 2003. Prior to joining Elliot, he worked for over 10 years as a public accountant and auditor. During this period, Keener specialized in audits of construction contractors. He joined Elliot in July 2013 as Accounting Manager, before moving to operations after a couple of years with the company. Keener currently serves as the Chairman of the Davis H. Elliot Company Steering Team.

Keener lives in Richmond, KY with his wife Kelly and their son (Nolan) and daughter (Lexie). He will continue to report directly to Vice President, Operations, Steve Steltenkamp.
